    Re: IBPS exam in detail

Hi Deepali, IBPS is like a board organized for the purpose of Conducting Exams(as per Banking requirement - Clerical, Banking terms etc.,) & Ranking candidates on the basis of their Scores (Score Card valid for 1 year). Most likely, it acts as a common Data resource for Public sector banks(even Private Banks are recruiting on the basis of IBPS Scores) and please note it doesn't provide direct employment, Provided indirectly supports for your employment.
    - It helps both the Banker (saves time - avails ready made data) & Candidate (indicates their standard directly)
    - Further, it also Conducts exams individually on the basis of Cader - Clerical, Specialized Officer, Management Trainee, Probationary Officer.
    - Exam: on the basis of Cader toughness depends (because Clerk & PO has their own standards)
    - Clerk: Purely written - (objective with negative - 0.25 marks), while PO - Written(objective with 0.25 negative marks + Descriptive) + GD + Personal interview
    - once the Score Card is issued IBPS process ends, and we must personally approach Banks with the valid Score card on the Banks Requirement basis.
