    Eligibility for IBPS Clerk and PO exam

    My degree percent is 48.00 % and inter 49.00% and MCA 65%.

    Am I eligible for Clerk or PO in IBPS?

    Kindly give me the correct information in this as it deals with my future to apply for the exam or not.

    if u belong to general or obc category u r not eligible.. there are chances only if u belong to sc, st categories. for more details regarding ibps exam u can check official site of ibps that is www.ibps.in

    Yes you are surely eligible to give IBPS Exam.

    IBPS Exams need only graduation, no specific percentage is required.

    As you have completed your graduation, you are surely eligible to give IBPS Exams.

    Eligibility for IBPS Clerk:Educational qualification: Any degree from recognized university.

    Age Criteria:Minimum: 20 years

    Maximum: 28 years

    Upper age relaxation for reserved category candidates is as follows:

    3 years for OBC.

    5 years for SC/ST

    10 years for PWD.

    Eligibility for IBPS PO:Educational qualification: Any degree from recognized university.

    Age Criteria:Minimum: 20 years

    Maximum: 30 years

    Upper age relaxation for reserved category candidates is as follows:

    3 years for OBC

    5 years for SC/ST

    10 years for PWD.

    IBPS changed the mode of examination, now it is conducting online exams and it is also conducting the common interviews.

    IBPS Exam consists of

    >> Quantitative aptitude

    >> Reasoning

    >> General awareness with special reference to banking industry

    >> English knowledge

    >> Computer awareness

    Yet now there are no new notification from IBPS.

    IBPS PO notification is expected to be out, after Specialist Officer exam in March.

    Yes you eligible for the post .banks required graduate passed student.and age of more than 21 years upto 30 years .upper relaxation is given to reserved seat candidate according to govt norms.

    Eligibility for IBPS CWE clerk 2013

    A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and final year pursuing candidates are not eligible to apply

    Age should not be less than 20 years and more than 28 years and relaxation in upper age as 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates

    Eligibility for IBPS CWE PO 2013

    A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 55% marks and 50% marks for SC/ST category candidates

    Age should not be less than 20 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age follows same as mentioned above

    Dear if you have scored only 48% marks in your degree then you are only eligible to apply for IBPS CWE clerk examination because for this the board did not require any fixed percentage marks but if you wish to apply for CWE PO then your degree percentage marks are not enough but when you have completed your master's degree also then you should not worry because you have enough qualification for the post of PO and you can apply for CWE PO on the basis of Master's degree

    IBPS would announce it's next notification for the post of PO in various 20 banks and it may be published around March 2013 at the official website for IBPS's - www.ibps.in so that you should keep visiting at this website and prepare well for the examination

    Yes,you are eligible for IBPS clerk & PO exams.Last year IBPS had conducted both the exams,PO exam in June 2012 & Clerk exam in Dec 2012.There is change that exams will be online now.Last year IBPS conducted clerk exam online & from this year all the IBPS exams will be online.
    IBPS will provide notification for clerk exam & PO exam soon.PO exam will also be online & have to prepare well for the exam.Both the exams need graduation as their qualification,percentage doesn't matter.Below I have attached last year PO & Clerk exam notifications will find full information.

    1-Must be citizen of India
    2-Age must be between 20-28 yrs(relaxation provided for ST/SC,obc,pd)

    ur score in degree is very low..u can't apply for exam bcz graduation from recognized university with atleast 60% is necessary for PO exam..u r not eligible for ibps PO exam..so first improve your degree percentage by giving improvement exams then u can sit in ibps exam...

    IBPS conducts exam for 19 banking sector .

    Only those have completed graduation in any stream from a recognized university are eligible for IBPS exam.

    The age limit for clerical post must be in between 20 to 28 years.
    The age limit for PO post must be in between 21 to 30 years.
    The upper age relaxation for OBC-3years
    The upper age relaxation for SC/ST-5years
    The upper age relaxation for PWD-10years
    So you are elligible for both CLERK and PO IBPS EXAMS.

    [B]Hello dude!The Institute of Banking and Personal Selection conducts common written examination for the clerical posts.The notification is already released by the Ibps.The complete details are mentioned below:EXAM PATTERN: The exam pattern is also changed and previously there used to be 50 questions in each section and total of 5 sections but now the exam is conducted online and there will be 5 sections and each section consists of 40 questions only.For every corect answer one mark will be awarded and for every wrong answer 0.25 mark will be deducted.The total duration of the examination is 2 hours.ELIGIBILITY DETAILS:The eligibility details for the clerical exam are mentioned below:

    you are eligible for ibps as
    the educational qualification for ibps is any degree with minimum pass percentage and in any subject.....

    you should have the degree certificate at the time of interview as they will verify your certificates....

    if you are not having any certificate at the time of interview then you will be rejected

    you should have the computer knowledge and no need of certificate and proficiency in state languages is required

    ibps exam pattern is

    4)English language

    the total score of ibps is for 200 Reasoning,Numerical ability is for 50 marks, General knowledge and English knowledge is for 40 marks and computer knowledge is for 20 marks

    the total time span is for 2hrss

    for general candidates the minimum cutoff is 24 and for SC/ST,OBC the minimum cutoff is 21 in each section to get qualified in the written examination
